For the love of cooking... and making things differently

Chef Miguel Angel Figueroa Sodi, young but still experienced, more than 22 years in hotellerie and restoration, invite you in his secret den decorated in a non-familiar way to share with you his love of entirely natural cooking and his bold approach of an international cooking experience.

Miguel has Worked in Acapulco, Brazil, England, Mexico, Toronto, Montreal and Saint-Eustache. He now lives in Deux-Montagnes. As soon as you arrive, your imagination will be teased by the colors and the tribal arrangements, reminiscent of the Aztec civilization. With a warm welcome, Miguel as a unique personality of verve, humor and savoir-faire.

A menu... with no frontiers

Savage Cooking Attitude will surprise the hungry customer by many other ways, among them, naturally, the menu. Using elements as of which white meat (no red meat), exotic fruits and fresh vegetables, seafood, fajitas, pastas, soups and more, you can build up your own menu which will be prepared, by Miguel and his Savage Staff,  under your own eyes. Nothing prepared in advance. 100% vegetarian food is also available.

Miguel won't put with  any barriers; with him everything becomes possible. You can also make a reservation for a group and tell Miguel what meals will be served, or call and come for a take-out meal. Finally, another special caracteristic at Savage Cooking Attitude: one price for the meal (lunch or dinner, as well as for our popular private parties.), and you can have all you can eat!

Chef Miguel wants to share with you is love of cooking and his culinary abilities. He's offering cooking lessons on the spot. Even better, we will soon be able to watch his lessons from anywhere in the world and from our own home thanks to Internet and the webcam. Thus the cooking experience of Savage Cooking Attitude will become interactive. Did we say no barriers?
